So, I had an intimate getaway with my partner and we found the little quirks charming. The staff was truly great and went out of their way, like when they brought us a fridge before we got to our room.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still felt acceptable for what we experienced.

We loved catching La Emi's Winter Series performances at The Benitez Cabaret, with delightful guest musicians. The atmosphere was relaxing, perfect after exploring Santa Fe's charm, and the staff were attentive to our every need during our stay with the kiddo.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options available.

Comfortable beds but thin walls made it hard to sleep well at night.

I enjoyed the large rooms and great views of the mountains. The friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I preferred the pool area, which was a nice retreat after exploring the city each day. As a European traveler, I appreciated the Southwestern style.
The property showed signs of aging and could benefit from updates. Noise insulation was an issue, which affected my overall rest.

Lovely outer appearance and a nice pool, but the lack of room fridges and basic food options left us scrambling for snacks.
The pool attendant could've used a lesson in hospitality—definitely not winning any customer service awards!

It was just a well-suited match for a break on long journey in Santa Fe with good price-value balance. The young man at front desk was completely unhelpful and indifferent, but Ron the maintenance guy was great. Be prepared for some maintenance issues during your stay.

Great views, but needs TLC
Had a decent stay as a solo traveler. The view from my room was stunning! I loved sitting out on the balcony at night. Staff was super helpful, but no fridge or microwave in the room was a bummer. The hot tub could use a good upgrade too. Poolside snack bar was a nice touch though!

This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like free wi-fi, poolside snacks, and a welcoming drink make every stay enjoyable. The staff once helped me find my lost barrette, like when Perry & Nicole saved my experience. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape!

I really enjoyed the cozy feel of my Traditional King Room, especially with the lovely bed and warm lighting that made it feel like home. The outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight for relaxation, and the pool area seemed inviting even though it was out of service. On a minor note, it would have been nice if housekeeping had delivered fresh towels without having to ask, but overall, I had a great stay! 😊
